TPE Embossed gloves are fully embossed for added grip. They provide an improved barrier protection, and are environmentally superior and cheaper substitute to vinyl gloves.

TPE Embossed gloves are better in strength, durability and fit to standard PE gloves.

They are made from thermoplastic elastomer and are manufactured for light food handling and light industrial use.

Polyethylene Gloves

Polyethylene is one of the most common and cheaper plastics, and often identified with the initials PE, it is a plastic with excellent chemical stability and therefore often used as an insulator and produced for films which are in contact with food (bags and foils). In the case of disposable gloves production, it is made by cutting and heat-sealing the film.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is stiffer and harder than low density Polyethylene and is used for gloves that require the lowest costs (see the use at petrol stations or department store).

TPE gloves are made of thermoplastic elastomer, polymers that can be molded more than once when heated. Thermoplastic elastomer also has the same elasticity as rubber.

Like CPE gloves, TPE gloves are known for their durability. They weigh less in grams than CPE gloves and are also flexible and resilient products.
